The International Award Ceremony 2023 held at the Siri Fort Auditorium in Delhi, India, was an extraordinary moment for Narayan Seva Sansthan. The presence of acclaimed Bollywood actor Anupam Kher elevated the event to new heights. Anupam Kher’s gracious presence, as the Chief Guest, added a touch of stardom and  immense prestige to the evening.

Welcoming Mr. Kher, Director Vandana Agarwal and I were deeply honored to have him join us. The ceremony began with the sacred Deep Prajwalan ritual, symbolizing the illumination of lives through philanthropy. It was a poignant moment as we felicitated 51 donors who had generously provided artificial limbs for 3000 amputees, making a profound difference in their lives. Mr. Kher’s words of praise for Narayan Seva Sansthan’s philanthropic endeavors were truly humbling. His expressed desire to visit Sansthan and meet our esteemed founder, Kailash Manav, was heartwarming. As I spoke about our journey and the remarkable impact we’ve had on millions of lives, the importance of collective action in creating an inclusive and equitable world resonated deeply. The International Award Ceremony 2023 was a heartfelt celebration of the spirit of giving, and it was our privilege to recognize and thank the donors and patrons whose support fuels our mission. Mr. Kher’s presence made this event an unforgettable testament to the power of philanthropy and compassion.
